Dr. Jeff D. Golan

Dr. Jeff Golan is an internationally recognized spine surgeon in Montreal specializing in advanced, minimally invasive and motion-preserving treatments for spinal disorders.

He completed his medical degree and neurosurgical training at McGill University, followed by two specialized fellowships in spine surgery and spinal oncology in the United States (Medical College of Wisconsin and The Ohio State University).

Dr. Golan served as Chief of Neurosurgery and Clinical Director of Spine Surgery at the Jewish General Hospital for over a decade, and was an Associate Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery at McGill University. He has treated over 4,000 patients and has trained numerous surgeons throughout his career.

An early adopter of emerging spine technologies, his clinical focus includes endoscopic spine surgery, disc replacement, and other motion-preserving techniques. He has been recognized as a Center of Excellence in both cervical disc arthroplasty and full-endoscopic spine surgery.

Dr. Golan is co-founder of the Canadian Spine Institute and is actively involved in research and innovation. He serves as a reviewer for multiple peer-reviewed spine journals, has authored numerous scientific publications, and regularly lectures at international conferences on advanced spine techniques.
